DroneBL (originally a spin-off from IDS developer NodeRebellion), is used to track abusable IPs, primarily focused on IRC networks. It went offline when NodeRebellion went out of business, then online again, then offline.. and now it’s back, now apparently for good. The website is http://www.dronebl.org/.
